Method and equipment for porous liquid extraction from fine dispersion solid phase pores have been developed.
The developed method provides for continuous extraction, reducing
washing liquid and polluted discharge 3.5-4 times. Carrying away of solid phase
fine fraction also reduces.
The equipment, used in this process, excludes contamination of treated
products with harmful impurities and ensures production of substances of
luminiphor purity.
Methods of the plant operating
conditions calculation, interconnecting in the form of a convenient algorithm
principle parameters of initial and treated suspensions and washing liquid
consumption, have been developed.
Lumograms were plotted for more convenient selection of operating conditions.
Developed equipment allows to intensify the process and to ensure more high quality of a product, to practically solve the problem of the fractions carrying away.
